Shipping & Store Pickup

Store Pickup

If you want to get your item quickly, choose Store Pickup during checkout. For in-stock products, your order will be ready within 15 minutes. 

Here’s how it works:

  • During checking choose Store Pickup

  • Bring your photo ID, the credit card you used to make the payment, and order number

  • We’ll hold your items for up to 5 business days; if you don’t make it in by then, we’ll cancel your order and refund your method of payment.

  • If you can’t pick up your order within 5 days and you don’t want it to be cancelled, just contact us to make arrangements.

To Protect Our Customers From Fraud

To protect our customers from fraud, we have to be careful who we allow to pick up orders, and what addresses we can ship to. Unfortunately, online credit card is still attempted every day, as fraudsters can take advantage of the anonymity. We’re especially targeted being a small business and given that we sell electronics and computers which are prime targets for thieves.
As much as we know it’s an inconvenience, we appreciate your understanding of these additional measures!
In-Store Pickup
We require in-store pickup orders to be picked up by the person whose name is on the credit card used to pay for it, and you’ll need to have that card and your photo ID with you.
Shipped Orders
We require shipped orders to be shipped to the billing address of the credit card being used, and we cannot ship to PO Boxes. It’s got to be a physical address.

Shipping Costs & Timing

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a “per order,” “per item” or “per pound” basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for specific products or categories or using a promotional code.

Title to Products

When you choose to have products shipped to you, your order is subject to a destination contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for these products passes to you upon the carrier’s delivery to your ship-to address, and Dymin is not responsible for any loss, theft or damage after delivery.

Shipping Timing

Dymin ships in-stock products within 1 business day, excluding weekends. You can see each product’s estimated arrival date on the product page and during the checkout process. During checkout, you can choose an estimated arrival date from the options provided. 

Return Shipping

Before shipping any returned product to Dymin, you must contact us to be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number.

You are required to ship your returned product back to Dymin (or avoid shipping costs and choose to return In-Store).

The cost of return shipping must be paid by the Buyer. If you are returning a product that is defective, our technicians will test the product upon receipt.If the product is verified as defective, we may, at our sole discretion, provide you with an additional refund of the cost of return shipping label.

The safety of the returned product is also the responsibility of the Buyer. All products must be securely packed and delivered to Dymin in undamaged condition. Please contact us for helpful instructions on how to safely package your return. We also recommend purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the returned product in case the package is lost or damaged.

No return of merchandise will be accepted without first securing a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number provided by Dymin. 

Products sent to Dymin without an RMA number or prior authorization will be held for 30 days pending instruction from you and payment for return shipping. Thereafter, the product will be salvaged or disposed without any duty to account to Customer.
